  • What warranty do you offer on secondhand items?
    All secondhand electronics come with a minimum 30-day warranty. Surplus and new old stock items will often have longer warranties and these will be shown in individual listing descriptions.
  • Do you offer collection for purchases through your website?
    Our website shop is an online sales service only. We use Royal Mail and UPS for delivery to the UK & Europe.
  • Are there additional fees for sales outside of the UK?
    Since Brexit the UK is no longer a member of Europe and as such imports from the UK are subject to your local VAT rules. In addition local Customs can delay delivery of items. UPS items are usually delivered within 3 or 4 days unless detained.
  • Is VAT included?
    VAT is only charged on orders placed for new equipment. There is no VAT on secondhand items sold unless specifically shown in the item description.
  • Delivery & Returns
    Delivery services are specific to the item or items being purchased. We use Royal Mail Tracked 24 for smaller items up to 2kg in weight and UPS Next Day for larger items or combined deliveries. Delivery times are not guaranteed by either service however most orders arrive within the quoted timeframe. Returns can be made within 14 days of purchase or if found to be faulty within any warranty period that may apply.
